- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- Rich experience on linux driver development, understand linux kernel driver model and is able to write new drivers from scratch.
- Rich experience on Android HAL (HIDL or AIDL) development
- Have development experience on MTK or QC platform
- Have expertise on at least two technical domain
- Have experience on driving a complex feature/project delivery
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
